SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We will do our best to get your order hand-delivered to you within 2-3 business days. All orders outside of London will ship via Canada Post and will typically arrive within 5 days after shipment. Your order will be thoughtfully packaged and inspected before it gets delivered to you. Please note we only ship our items within Canada.

We kindly ask that you please notify us ASAP of any damages so that we can replace or refund your order (depending on availability).

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns, please make sure to return the item unused and in its original condition. Item can also be dropped off at OIivewood Interiors if that is more convenient!
